Finding Workable Solutions

Hi There! Sending you well wishes. This post addresses questions naturally brought about as you move through the 4 Phases of Internet Marketing, without having to worry about being horn-swagged or convinced about information that's 'too far out there'. Feel free to check out recommended links on the right-hand side of the blog because there are several suggestions noted to help you through any phase of Internet Marketing.

In offline or online marketing, it doesn't matter what you represent in life other than the real challenge is to get yourself noticed by those who already have a need for what you have to offer. Even if you're an attorney or a doctor, the message people read about you must be clear. Let's shift gears a bit.

What's the biggest challenge any business faces? Isn't it about getting accurate information at the time you need it most, on your terms, applying that information to your message so that people will know you're ready to help? If you agree, then read on.

If we apply this challenge to ALL businesses, the challenge is truly universal. It's not magic but you have to be able to identify your messaging in the form of revealing ads so that it won't cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars to get the answers, nor will it won't cost you two lifetimes obtaining those results.

What I'm talking about is reaching your prime audience -- the one that's most profitable. If you've done that already -- congratulations! If you haven't done that already, please continue.

Check out the resource listed on the right-hand side of this blog.

It's the label listed right above my head. I'm standing in the white uniform.

Primary Rules For Developing A Strong Business Owner's Mindset

Hi fellow marketers! If you're an affiliate marketer, you're still in the right place. In all of my messages, e-mail, blogging or otherwise, I offer proven direct response marketing help for people who want to work from home while harnessing the power of the Internet. I'm not yet including offline marketing.

Before you read all of this stuff here, opt-into 'claim your free report'...it's a VIP marketing newsletter that gives you industry trends, updates, and product reviews. Enter your name and e-mail in the right-hand column of the blog. Be diligent and patient. Get the information each week but also give me time to address what you need most from reasonable places.

Now, let's move into what's generally required to develop a solid business owner's mindset..., as you're launching your business or you're taking it to a higher ground. Keep in mind, I'm pulling from 23 years of experience I used to teach other franchisers in a brick-and-mortar business environment but at the same time, I'm applying proven marketing techniques for online success..., as we move you into the world of 'click-and-mortar'.

1) New business owners aren't sure what to do or how to do it.

We all start out new, at some point in time. There's no crime in 'not knowing'. Sillyness appears when you hear short, incomplete, or canned answers as you ask the real question. I apologize in advance if I'm insulting anyone. That's not my intention.

Rule: Always ask for help.

Find someone you know proven and certified in their field. In my case, when I appeared online, I chose someone who was willing to privately coach me -- a founder of a powerful marketing group. He's a force right now, helping you through my expertise. Head for the best help out there! You're the best and you deserve only the best help.

2) People are sometimes afraid to ask for help but when they get help that may not serve their ultimate needs, they translate that reality into their own failure.

Rule: The smartest entrepreneurs pick other people's brains to death! They never stop asking questions and they work incessantly to find implementation that works.
They're not embarrassed about appearing silly or unknowing.

IF YOU WANT TO GROW IN LIFE, BE CONTENT TO BE THOUGHT OF BY OTHERS AS SILLY AND SOMETIMES EVEN FOOLISH. YOU'RE ASKING THE Q'S. YOU'RE GROWING. THE ONES WHO AREN'T
ASKING PERHAPS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO FURTHER TO HIT THEIR NEXT EVOLUTIONARY STEP. THEY'RE EITHER PROBLEM-SOLVING OR THEY JUST DON'T KNOW...YET...BECAUSE THEY'RE HUMANS IN PROCESS, LIKE YOU AND I.

3) Work like crazy to find out as much as you can -- in your own time.

Rule: The most successful entrepreneurs pick and direction -- then they blaze a trail for others to follow..., pulling...not pushing. They don't let family opinions or friendly advice get in the way of what they need to do.

4) Adopt a 'I ain't got time to bleed' mindset-wise..., then become your own pure and unfettered power!

Rule 1) Decide to 'go for it' but don't redecide against yourself.

Realize you can accomplish anything you concretely aim for. You have the power to create anything in your life and people will want what you have to offer.

Rule 2) Pick a direction.

It will result in a template of action online you can apply to any product or service. The key here is to find a system that will emphasize 'solutions for real people'. You don't need lofty plans or faulty promises telling other people they can make millions overnight. There's a reason why the government gives you 3 years to generate your first, real profits.

Rule 3) Ask for help everyday.

Rule 4) Use your shortlist to start your marketing. I don't care if it includes only 1 person or 2. Those are the ones who are willing to help you so they're worth gold, whether their messages are positive or negative. It makes no difference. You want feedback.

Rule 5) You have to think about what you need first to fish for yourself.

When you know what's involved in that type of fishing (which will yield building a list of people who want what you have to offer -- which is YOU), then share that knowledge with other people.

Find more who will read what you're offering but always be as encouraging and as positive. This is only another phase in your business development. In time, when you behave as a responsible business owner, people will see this reality for themselves. Always serve others with love and respect and protect their free choice.

Rule 6) If you're struggling to pay bills, that's okay.

You're changing your life. Businesses aren't created over night and they take time to develop. At the online level, here's what's interesting. The early failures set up the paving stones for your actual success.

Rule 7) You don't have to be tall or beautiful to be successful.

All you need is a willing attitude, a huge heart, honesty, integrity, perseverance..., and boldness. People will want to know what you know. What you're driven to accomplish each day is what they want. If you're not driven yet, it's because you still have to tap into what your Spirit is telling you (which is you're not on your solid footpath just yet). Sometimes, the lack of Spirit tells you that you haven't found your 'sweet spot'.

Rule 8) The secret to REAL success (at levels you define for yourself) has more to do with telling people specifically where you're at today, what you're doing about it.

This is nature's way of showing others that you're in problem-solving modes. You're not stuck in 'analysis by paralysis'. That's baloney. Take little steps forward each day and you'll find solutions.

Rule 9) There's a belief that others have to understand everything you're tackling.

Einstein and Edison kept working anyway! If you're still not sure what to do, keep researching the matter until your greater self brings you the answers. Listen from inside. That part of you will bring people, answers and information to you, as long as you take baby steps in YOUR direction (instead of someone else's).

You're acquiring the mindset of an inventor. You can usen proven information and techniques but eventually you'll have to place your own spin on your work, to add your own unique voice to the world. The point is -- if you're passionate about what you're doing and promoting, you'll get there. It doesn't matter how long other people think it should take. What matters most is what you think!

Rule 10) Always offer people real solutions to their current problems.

The goal is to offer quality/value/exceptional pricing consistent with what other people are telling you they need. You don't have to give away the store but keep early business reasonable. You can charge higher profits on the back end, once you've consistently earned the trust of others you're serving.

Rule 11) If you're not getting results based on what you currently know, find new information and new solutions. Trust me on this one.

People are evolving all the time so what worked 5 years ago may not work today. Always strive to answer the needs of those who want your expertise and you will do very well.

YOU COUNT MOST.

If you have comments or Q's, please drop me a comment or two. I will personally answer your Q's.

Nurturing your success!

Defining Your 'Big Why'

Hey there! If you're struggling with defining your "Big Why", here’s food for thought --

Ever wonder how CEO’S keep the 'push' going strong, even on days when they'd rather quit? We can apply this thought to the "guys/gals" who are already"tops" in your company. The reality is…, we have a few people flapping their gums, trying to survive long enough to stay in the game, naturally working towards that residual payoff. That’s okay but keep in mind, many people are still in modes of trial and error.

  • You may have heard it takes big effort to grow a business.

Did you know that your average folks are adding 1 or 2 new distributors each week? Reality check -- growing a business to achieve targets you've set for yourself takes smart work and daily effort. Would you say you work hard as a mule? That's great too. What I’m talking about is boiling down specific marketing activities, to produce that desired income within a concrete time period.

  • You must leverage your time wisely.

I’m not talking about hoping for a wind-fall “go-getter” group, as you’ve been told to obtain, if only you “put 6 highly-motivated people under you”. In the world of any business, 1% is the market average, regardless of what's being moved and that yield usually includes a very small but select group of few people. If you nurture huge numbers of people over a longer period of time, your inner circle will grow to a mathematical average, based on those higher numbers. Let's call that number 12 - 25. Reality check: you must become the heavy hitter. There are several components which must successfully come together just to grow that huge organization.

  • You must work to achieve your aspirations.

Think about your greatest business heroes -- naming anyone you like. This person, will be like other leaders -- driven. They work intensively, putting in long days and countless hours. That's their routine. I hear you saying, "Are you crazy? I'm not giving up my weekends"! If you're working smart, you should have your weekends to yourself. On days where you have 'zero energy', then rest.

Now think about the people you admire most. Their success boils down to one simple question --Which lives have I altered for the better? Are you positively having an impact on other people? Do you reach out and actively go out of your way to assist others in realizing their aspirations and dreams? Ultimately, success is defined by how you internally respond to these needs.

  • Name your driven inspiration.

For wealthy people, their "why" has less to do with wealth creation. Their motivation is a “strong force”, nurtured and grown by persistence and perseverance.

  • Zero in on 'The Force', the “Big Why”:

    1) Is it your children -- providing them with a better future?
    2) Are you passionate about your products and services?
    3) Maybe you have grandchildren.

Light the fire beneath your feet. Some nights, you won't sleep. You'll have good days and tough days.

  • Boil your “strong force” down to what gets you out of bed each morning.
  • How do you handle setbacks? In any business, setbacks are common. The toughest momentum to create is initial group momentum. So view your setbacks for what they are. Regroup, recover, then move forward.
  • Does your "Big Why" consider the overview? Successful people understand the relevance of helping others. They thoroughly comprehend the "Law Of Success". Growing a business takes a tremendous amount of "doing".
  • How many others will you help today, tomorrow, and next week? People truly need and desire your products and services. Are you going to reach out and help them find what you already have? It makes no difference what you're marketing. Juice, vitamins, Internet security, etc...people need what you have. It's your job to either find those people or have them find you. In closing, here's a small "to do list", critical for your success.

Ask yourself, "How many people you're going to help?" For the day, week and month. Baby steps.

These steps must be realistic. The important thing is to start. Today...and tomorrow. Answers will appear. If your "why" is strong enough, you will prevail. Positively influence the lives of those around you. Carry forward and carry on...so you will...in due time..., 'cash and carry'! Use the "Law of Attraction", we'll address this law in the next post. This law “puts into effect” action you take with others.

4 Laws of Focused Effort

In this post, I address creating what you want most through the thoughts you consistently think, showing you ways to take specific actions by accomplish a higher purpose while you draw others to you based on similiar desires.

There are several Universal Laws in effect but if you're not clear what these laws are, let's just cover the biggest one. In order to bring about what you want most, you must focus your thoughts over many days, weeks, months ahead to create the yearly reality. How do you do that?

1) Well..., you must ultimately believe in yourself no matter what others would have you believe. To do this, you tap into the power of your greater self. That the inner part of you that's slow to anger. It is the wisest part of you that's always been there. Some say this power is connected to God but whatever you believe or don't believe, know that you have free will and the energy to create whatever you desire most. That's a core requirement. It must be unshakeable. Now, while this advice sounds a bit corney, it is what it is because no one will believe in you as much as you believe in yourself.

2) You must find the spark of love that resides within you first. That's the toughest part because people around you not finding that spark of love within themselves (for whatever reason) will sometimes project what they don't see. Without that spark, nothing is possible.

That brings us to...what you desire most, whether you're an affiliate marketer or a network marketer, it makes no difference. It's important to start with the Laws of Creation...and I'm not talking about fulfilling some kind of biblical prophecy, with all respect intended. You have been granted free will, choice, and daily energy.

Law 1: The Direct Path Is Often The Clear Path.

You can't move from point A to C until you move from point A to B. If you require the guidance of anyone around you to first get your feet wet..., let's say in the arena of fulfilling highest desires in the business arena, you've got to find someone who makes solid sense. If they can't tell you what they're doing, chances are very great, they're still sitting in some trial and error learning. That's okay too. Now..., if you use what they give you but it doesn't move you forward, think again. Find alternatives but don't wait too long. Just start the process of research. There are people out there waiting to be of real help.

Law 2: See the Target, Aim, Hit the Target. Then Repeat.

This step sounds easier than it is. Sometimes, in the course of starting a new business, there's a natural learning phase. The people who are here to help you will NOT RUSH you. They will ask that you take some time to know what you want so you can figure out (in part) where you want to go. The best leaders invest time, effort and patience in their people. Period. Exceptions to this rule mean that the leaders are sitting in the dark, working old methods.

Now if you're one of those people who likes to ready yourself too long, aiming in the dark, then firing...that's a trial and error method. You want to find someone who's a definite expert. This person will attract a lot of people to them but they will be very open-minded. They won't have a "one-size-fits no one approach".

Part of readying yourself at least in marketing terms means that you have to wrap your hands around accurate marketing information. How do you do that when there's a lot of old or even inaccurate information out there? One of the biggest tendencies in MLM's is to run for the target first without having figured out who your hot target will be. I'm talking about finding out who your prime audience is. If we're marketing a health/wellness product that truly produces a beautiful gumline, then you're going to target people with periodontal disease and a multitude of similiar mouth ailments incoporating gum troubles. You're not going to target people with intestinal troubles.

Now, if you're still reading this article, keep reading.

If you're asking people in your MLM to give you a complete roadmap moving you through what looks like A - Z but you're getting high failure rates, ask yourself why this is the case. Ask others around you what they're doing. If they're telling you one thing and they're getting solid results with those actions, you may be on a decent track. If not, there are red flags waving in the air! In order to be successful in business, you have to be able to tap into your intuition telling you "something might be incomplete or inconclusive". "I need more information".

Law 3: Focus Your Attention

As individuals, we're helped by many people who are well-intentioned. The challenge we often face as new business owners is how do we cut through conflicting information. Well..., here's the challenging part. Who do you trust? You have an internal guidance system. This part is important. Oftentimes, have you ever had an experience where you forgot to listen to yourself? When you went looking in another direction (other than what your common sense was telling you)...and you hit a snag in your decisions, well...that's a bigger part of you saying, "Okay. You're having some trouble because you didn't listen to what you originally knew". Now, that source of information will comes to you when you're most clear. When you're 'lost in the fog', your guidance system is often out of whack.

By focusing your attention most on what you want, you must clearly devise some type of plan of action, first moving yourself from point A to B. If that means paying someone to offer you educational tips, then let it be. If it means checking out information online, please know, you still need some type of a roadmap. Otherwise, online or offline, you're likely to lose your way.

If the roadmap is still fuzzy after you've followed that map, chances are you're not yet ready for additional information. You're still in learning modes. It's possible you're referencing an outdated map and you need to get your hands on something that's very clear. Solution? Find a new map! The best ones tell all. The worst ones tell you very little and even create more confusion. Remember that you DO NOT have to pay thousands of $$'s for a clear roadmap.

Law 4: Focus Your Energy

Here -- you're going to align thoughts in the mind with daily actions. These actions may at first involve only baby steps. That's okay. Those actions should be aligned to accomplishing a specific goal, like exposing your business to new forms of afforadable advertising.

In order to get what you want, you must focus your might until those baby steps produce the results you want most. If you stumble and do not succeed. That's okay. There's still rich learning involved in those moments. Today's paving stones build the golden road tomorrow. When you hit frustration, be patient. The information will come when you're ready but you must never quit. The rule here is -- to get more information you require, putting your feet on the path to success, you CANNOT go broke. If any system you're following is costing you huge money each month, stop the spending. Reassess. Manage your costs, keeping overhead low.

As you put yourself out there, you'll looking for a network of similiar minds who can help you get from point A to B. These networks MUST support your thoughts and actions. You want to attract only the highest, most trustworthy people. They're not interested in a fast buck. If they are, drop 'em fast! They're only interested in a quick gain, said with respect. The best businesses always emphasize long-term goals, profitable gains while protecting consumers and the business. Then, choose proven people who do what they say but use your guideance system to sort the bad from good. In the final end, you decide what you'll use or throw. This is a fundamental concept for true entrepreneurs.
