IM Checklist, Cont'd: Systemization (Part 7)

Greetings Fellow MLM'ers and Affiliates,

Posting content on a Saturday. Wishing you a happy weekend and a prosperous new week ahead, delivering part 7 of the Internet Marketing checklist. Please allow me to emphasize a few things before you see 4 major points on the list.

1) You are the CEO of your business --

Not your upline. Not your crossline.

If you are looking for help online, be certain to use careful discernment. The Internet is evolving, the economy is unstable, plenty of people are looking for work elsewhere and we are moving into an empowering time.

2) That much said --

... it's a great opportunity for you to finally create your dream job. With sweat equity and a little bit of cash upfront (not tens of thousands of dollars), you can publish yourself into your area of expertise. I will begin to fill in specifics along these lines in future posts. You can move yourself into profit. But, it's going to mean work. It won't happen instantly and it won't happen overnight.

3) The Internet is also a place where unscrupulous people will take advantage.

Please Let This Reasoning Be Your Guide --

In all matters -- whenever you're the consumer, time is always on your side.

Never let anyone tell you "that you have to make an important business decision..., right now..., today...or it's gone". If that happens, in truth -- then that biz opp is GONE. You don't need it. What you want is time-tested information and cutting edge material, and people who will be around for the long haul. These people will answer your questions with respect. As they show you what's out there (without having to reinvent the wheel), they will tell you "this is a standard offer". They won't berate you. Had to get that off my chest because nothing steams me more than human dishonesty.

IM Checklist, Part 7 -- Systemization

7.1 Outsourcing

This is NOT about getting people to do your dirty work. Truth be known --- the best entrepreneurs handle their own dirty work. They don't expect others to slave over what they know they must handle themselves.

This is about hiring people to help you with things you don't have time to master or things you've already mastered so that so you can tackle the bigger stuff, thereby moving your business forward. You pay a fair price. If that work means someone delivers you proper keyword research or a website or solid copywriting (ad copy you see online), they should deliver what you expect.

This is about putting your business on automated processes so you can expand your market reach. If that means managing multiple campaigns, let's include outsourcing as important help. Please don't expect to get it for free.

7.2 Automation

Getting computers to automatically complete key tasks in your online business.

7.3 Building Business Systems

Systemizing business tasks so that all management happens on auto-pilot.

7.4 Customer Service Systemization

Putting systems in place to manage customer support tasks. That doesn't mean you, the CEO, will ignore customer complaints.

IM Checklist, Cont'd: Content Creation, (Part 6)

Hi Fellow MLM'ers and Affiliate Marketers,

Today's post touches on a few advanced marketing concepts. Until you've had a campaign online working seamlessly for a minimum of 3 years (time enough to build a responsive list), chances are you're better off marketing along activity levels mentioned in prior posts. See earlier checklists for a complete overview.

If you're curious to find out more now,

Take the 30-day challenge, where "no stones are left unturned".

There are various superaffiliates online who specialize in areas mentioned along this marketing continuum. Some marketers are more complete than others so I offer reviews of many, picking only the best (and most proven) ones out there.

As the CEO of your business, you have full choice to incorporate anything you wish into your business, as long as you're not violating corporate trademarks, using specific company materials or publishing corporate content.

Solution: offer neutral information, put your name on everything you do, become a 'go to' person and in time, you'll attract people to you on the basis of your expertise.

Then, offer the values and benefits of your products or services. If you publish even a snippet of corporate information, then include the proper credit, (name and date). That's the best way to keep yourself out of any hot water!

In all posts, I offer recommendations giving you ample means for much less than you'd traditionally think. The goal is to support your marketing, positioning only you as the expert! I will expand these posts in the coming weeks ahead, to offer examples, how to's and more. Keep referring back to this blog to look for information you demand. It's about finding out what's going to work best for you.

IM Checklist, Cont'd: Conversion & Monetization (Part 4)

Hello Fellow MLM'ers and Affiliate Marketers,

Offering the Internet Marketing Checklist (Part 4), if you want to track super affiliates who are "in the know". This information addresses what you must absolutely know BEFORE you put any hard-earned money, time and effort into any business venture.

It's about giving you careful details about what will work and won't work, IF AND BEFORE you go live online, EVEN WHEN you're operating in MLM territory. Don't try to figure this stuff out for yourself because it's intricate. Said with care and respect, the traditional MLM folks may disagree but it's because this is information they don't know about. There's no way they can know unless they've worked this blueprint firsthand.

You Don't Have To Know Everything About Internet Marketing

To work this blueprint, you first have to wrap your mind around a solid mind map.

Commercial Intention (Target The Buyers Directly)

Conversion means holding the attention of your prospects long enough to secure the sale. Argue about semantics along the lines of "We don't do sales" VS. "Yes..., Sales Get You Paid". Pick your battles carefully.

This is about SHOWING YOU what you must master by tapping into what's called commercial intention, right off the bat. Target people who are ready to buy what you have to offer. This is a clue but I'm not going to give you the entire piece of the pie just yet because I would ask you to find out why a lot of people don't make money online. There's a reason. You have to work up to this solution...again...target people who are ready to buy NOW. You can't move into advanced marketing (product creation) and pay-per-click until you've published yourself along some decent lines. People who will watch you will do just that. They want to make sure you won't be a flash in the pan.

Here's Good News --

And.., you don't have to be an expert writer but you should have some basic command of the English language. Study vocabulary. If you can cut and paste..., then add your 2 cents, you can write. Online, it's okay to publish in fragments because writing online emphasizes brevity.

It's not enough that I regurgitate answers for you. This is about you finding out that you don't have to pay a dime for a free 30-day trial period. Get the answers now, before you spend a lot of time, money and sweat. Find out how you can easily FIND PEOPLE WHO WILL PAY for what you have in 2 days or less.

I will give you the link at the end of this post. Without this information, you will most certainly pick the wrong niche, again..., said with care and you will more likely choose a niche that's so crowded -- no one gets paid.

Here's Why 1940 MLM 'On The Farm' Marketing Methods Work Far Less Effectively Than We'd All Hope

I'm not saying traditional MLM doesn't work. I never did. I'm saying these marketing methods could work much, much better IF you were presented with hard-core fact-finding information up front. That means market research targeting the right keyword prhases (stuff people enter when they're conducting a search online). Wrap your hands around that information and you can see which niches are crowded and which ones have room for you!

Read Closely --

More people are hopping online during these challenging financial times, looking for complete answers. Somehow they know it doesn't have to take you 10 years to earn something for yourself. That's because the power of the Internet allows you to reach more people in far less time.

I have people contacting me at 1 and 2 a.m. in the morning when they're most baffled. And..., because they're confused about what they've been told, they don't know who to believe. That's not going to stop me from telling you what you need to know.

People are More Commonly Looking To Those Who Are Working An Old Marketing Template

The Ones Hopping Online Are...For the First Time In A Long Time Are Finally Solving A Big Riddle

Why?

This is about you not having to work for someone else. But, with that freedom comes the responsibility you'll need to get the work done -- without anyone pushing you. I know this is scary. But, people are doing it as we speak. They don't want to give up their entire futures to faulty corporate promises where a few 'folks at the top' have no intentions of ever sharing their golden parachutes with front-liners.

What's Happening Online

We have some people online who claim to be experts long before they've seasoned themselves through proper marketing education and coaching. There's a vast difference between 'hype' and 'reality'..., especially when it comes to implementing Internet Marketing. But, I'm not entirely talking about MLM's..., or social networking entirely. There are other marketing avenues you can use to get your message out there. But, you have to aim your message at people in a very specific way.

Many Don't Succeed Because They Pick Markets That Are Too Competitive

1) Marketers will commonly target a very big crowd.

2) They target people who are in research phases of a buying cycle. We want people who are ready to buy, today! So, there's a big difference between these 2 categories of buyers.

3) You want step-by-step instructions and online help, answering your questions and more.

Many Struggle Online Because Their Messages Are Very Broad

In order to answer what people want, you must first understand what they're looking to solve. If you're developing a marketing message moving your MLM or affiliate product, you have to understand what motivates your target group. You must first understand the words they use, know what they think, then know how they buy...so you may also talk directly to these people.

Example: Brides and weight loss...before the wedding. You won't talk to this crowd about 'sky-diving' when a gal wants to look her best on the 'Big Day'.

MLM'ers: If you're talking to someone about a compensation plan while sharing your weight loss products..., it's going to be a challenging discussion. You have a mixed advertising message in place. People who want to lose weight and look good for whatever reason want to hear HOW the weight loss products you're offering will address their goals directly --more energy, add'l vitality, better looks, clearer skin, less water weight.

If we're talking about financial consolidation or debt reduction, you must be able to target the WHY'S/Benefits/& Values of your offering, as that information answers a prospect's pains.

Moving Forward...,

Those who get the proven "How To's" must look for universal marketing information.

Those Who Succeed Find A Targeted Sub-Niche That's "Just Right"

I will offer a solution but all solutions require some form of payment, in the form of your sweat equity, your time..., your resources and even your money. Business is never free. It's just a rule.

You're going to have to work to absorb what this content means. It's going to require a tenacious attitude. You must be willing to motivate for the right reasons -- not for 'get rich quick gains' immediately but for serving yourself and your family..., helping the common good. Do that much and you'll get everything you desire, in due time but you must be patient.

Here's The Beef

Internet Marketing Checklist: Conversion & Monetization (Part 4)

4.1 Sales Letters

Writing sales pages that turn visitors into buyers.

4.2 Squeeze Pages

Writing site content that gets visitors to sign-up to a database. This is important. We're talking about you owning your own database. You're not giving it away to any affiliate, if you can do anything about this challenge. And.., you can. It's about having your own autoresponder.

4.3 Up-Sell Pages

Increasing the value of each sale by immediately asking, "Would you like fries with your meal"?

4.4 Affiliate Marketing/Promoting Existing Products

Earning commissions for promoting what's called 'third-party' products/services.

4.5 Split Testing

Using split testing and multi-variate testing to increase the number of people who buy your products.

Miss these steps and you have an incomplete marketing plan. This information adheres to the ways people purchase online, in keeping with the natural flow.
