Whatever You Do, Keep Your Day Job

Hi Fellow MLM'ers and Affiliates,

Falling For People Who Claim To Strike It Rich --

So you've probably stumbled upon a variety of superaffiliate websites online... stating that you can strike it rich, in 30 days or less. I'd like to inject a healthy dose of reality whenever you embark on the "home-based business journey".

This claim is not true.

The reality is --

1) it takes time to build a business
2) it costs you more time/effort than first suspected
3) you'll have some learning involved -- be the expert
4) there will be some money invested
5) if the biz doesn't require money up front, it will demand time/effort
6) you must be passionate about what you do
7) there will be times where you'd like to quit
8) quitting is permanent
9) hanging in there is temporary
10) in time -- you'll find solutions

With that said, I'm not here to discourage you. I'm telling you how things are in business. It takes time for people to know who you are, finding out what you represent -- honest Joe....or worse.

Keep The Day Job

I will say -- as an economy, we're sitting in a pickle. We'll recover and we'll discover several countries are more intricately involved than we thought. So while there's no substitute for staying positive and focused, Boomers may not necessarily retire. Or..., in the very least, why would you want to? We have Generation X'ers & Y'ers looking to us for knowledge.

This article talks about how the Fed's are using the Savings & Loan Bailout model from the late 1980's in an effort to rescue everyone from a global crisis. Hmmm -- will it work -- applying an older financial model to new times?

If you're not interested in what our gov't is doing, you can translate worries into something more tangible -- learn something new, take immediate action then measure your results.
