They wrote a book.  It's a beauty (Amazon Books dot com) & offline found in local bookstores.

1. The book is available for purchase online and can be found in bookstores.
2. They generate revenue through public tours daily...as they operate offline & online.
3. The most successful businesses operate in both realms.  That is a must.
4. Downton created a very successful and current 2012 - 2013 television series titled "Downton Abbey" in order to spread the word.
5. They monetized the history of Downton Abbey in books by advertising their book on the CBS Sunday Morning by sharing the "Who's Who" of formal dinners happening throughout time (of 6 generations)..., and by sharing popular attendees with the viewing public:  i.e., Royal Family, famous members of Parliment, celebrities, etc.

1. Passion identified in an area of business you conclusively believe in/& will motivate from.
