How many jobs have you had where you felt as if management did not give a lick about who you were as an individual? It can be a powerful illusion sometimes, but have you ever wondered...were they just there to fill chairs using warm bodies? Even some smaller companies do this too. Did they maximize your potential as a valued employee in the company (as they should have)...or did they give you "lip service" and peg you accordingly? OR..., if they did care and worked actively with you to help you mold and sculpt your career so that you could do better...offer the company outstanding performance and stay longer, did they do that?
